RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced DEBT COLLECTOR for a large national concern, based in the Bryanston area, Johannesburg.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Person must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration Management an added advantage.
Qualification in debt recovery would be an added advantage.
3 - 5 years’ experience with a solid track record in debt collection.
Previous experience in timeshare collections would be highly recommended.
Person must have clear credit and criminal record.
Successful recovery of debt in line with set targets.
Daily collections via telephone, mail or faxes for specific allocated clients.
Use scripting as advised by company to maintain collection standards.
Assist external Debt Collectors with relevant / applicable queries.
Excellent administration / record keeping skills.
Tracing of all communication and follow-up thereof.
Negotiate with debtor on payment amount / terms as per company set standards.
Weekly / monthly management reporting to senior management.
Accurately updating debtor information.

Salary package offered: - R10 000-00 – R15 000-00 per month (CTC) (negotiable)
