The successful applicants will be strong self-starters and be capable of working without supervision. They will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the fine print on the back of a contract. They will have to show experience in a professional environment and working accurately with figures. They will be outgoing, confident and be able to show a working history highlighting their strong negotiation skills. They will have an aptitude to convince people to make better financial decisions in life, and they will find personal satisfaction in helping people with debt problems. They would have adopted various IT solutions to make their lives easier and will need to show that they can quickly master new software programmes. Confidence and patience in speaking to creditors and clients will be paramount. We offer a full time position with earnings from R8000 to R24000 based on performance and experience.
