Job Description:

Convert leads into sales
Achieve company KPI’s (lead to conversion rate, invoice to target ratio, low cancellation rate, required daily call rate etc.)
Provide debt counselling assistance and advice
Completion of debt assessment
Very good selling skills

Qualifications:

Grade 12
English and Afrikaans
Debt counselling experience (we need proof of monthly payment targets achieved)
Qualified Debt Counsellor and advantage
Fully computer literate
We have a work environment of high standards and work ethic
Candidate needs good communication skills
Clear credit records
