You will be responsible for:
Review accounts that are behind on their payments to determine appropriate action
Contact customers to agree satisfactory payment arrangements
Answer customer enquiries
Discuss options available to customers who are facing potential court action in order to come to mutually acceptable arrangements which prevent further litigation action
Taking inbound telephone calls and making outbound calls to outstanding debtors.
Keeping up to date records on all accounts worked via data input
To work within the Regulation Authority code of conduct and the Office of Fair Trading debt recovery guidelines.
Contributing towards the sound and good administration of the team.
Acting as an ambassador of the Company at all times and following the company Treating Customers Fairly policy.

You must be enthusiastic and target driven and must be able to engaged with the business and team in meeting company goals.
