DEBT REVIEW AND REPOSSESSION LEGAL SECRETARY

Employment: Permanent, Affirmative Action Appointment
Location: Menlyn, Pretoria East, Gauteng
Salary: R 7 000 – R 12 000-00 – Negotiable depending on years of experience

Only Legal secretaries’ applications with the relevant Debt Review and Repossession experience will be considered. Any other CVs will be rejected.

Debt review and repossession of vehicles
Opening of files
Drafting of legal notices, pleadings and documentation (Notice of intention to oppose, notice of set down, court order, affidavits – opposing, rescission and variation)
Instruct and find correspondent attorney
Negotiate with Debt Counsellor
Provide regular updates to clients
Compile reports
Handling and managing financial aspects
