Requirements:
Matric (essential)
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a debt review and sales environment call centre environment
A minimum of 2 year experience in call monitoring, side-by-side coaching and compliance screening
A solid understanding of debt review processing and solid sales track record
POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) knowledge (advantageous)
Criminal and ITC clear

Managing a team of sales agents
Optimizing sales and conversions
Managing agent compliance in line with best industry practice
Meet team efficiency targets as per KPA requirements for the company
Identify training needs and ensure adequate training and coaching takes place
Complusory
A minimum of 3 years proven sales track record (Advantageous)
3-5 years in the Debt Review industry / Financial sector (Advantageous)
Experience in strategic sales planning
Intermediate Excel skills (preferred)
Ability and drive to work in a highly pressured sales environment
