My Client in Pretoria area is looking for a Debtor and Administrator clerk to join their dynamic team. They require an individual with excellent oral communication skills and must have superior customer service skills.

Duties

Debtor management, including sending out of statements, handling customer queries and collections
Prepare payment advices and pay creditors
Manage expense claims
Assist with audit pack for the preparation of annual financial statements
Assist with compilation of monthly BEE file
Assist with HR on boarding procedures
Order and manage office supplies (Refreshments & Stationary)
Manage Petty Cash
Administration duties

The successful candidate must have:

Requirements

Matric Certificate
Bilingual
Min 2 year experience in Debtors and Finance
Working understanding of invoices, statements and credit notes
Own transport
Key Attributes & competencies

Logical and organised, with attention to detail
Be able to work under pressure of deadlines
Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
A positive attitude
A team player

Salary: R 7 500 - R 15 000 CTC negotiable, depending on experience. Excludes annual performance based bonus

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Environment: Informal

Leave: 15 days and increases based on year of service. Annual shutdown between Christmas and New Year as additional leave days granted for the period.
