Our client is currently on the lookout for a Debtors Clerk to join their team. Growth opportunities within stable working environment.

Qualifications:
Matric (minimum)
Bookkeeping/ finance qualification / previous experience - advantageous

Experience & Skills required:
• Must have Pastel experience
• Monthly debtors reconciliations
• Record money owed and payments made to the company
• Recover and follow up on accounts overdue through daily telephonic collections and recording of such action on the system
• Experience in posting transactions and calculating interest on overdue accounts
• Liaise with clients concerning payment or non-payment
• Processing daily receipting and aging debtors accounts correctly
• Maintaining debtors aging according to terms and credit limits
• Attend to monthly statements and close off procedures
• Billing, passing credit notes, reconciling and balancing of the general ledger

Working hours will be regular, Salary offered at R14.000 – R16.000
