Position: Debtor’s and creditor’s clerk
Industry: Freight and logistics company based in Parow Industry (Cape Town)
Salary: R15 000 p/m
Type of employment: Temp position for a five month period
Start date: March 2018

Job requirements
• 3 Years’+ experience in debtors and creditors
• MS Office literacy
• Pastel and or SAP would be preferred
• Warehouse and logistics experience would be advantageous

Duties
• Manage debtors and creditors control (Accounts payables & receivables)
• Manage invoicing process
• Manage cash book
• Maintain good working relations with suppliers and branches
• Recommending changes to creditors’ procedures and Standard Operating Processes
• Reach financial management objectives by processing creditors’ transactions and preparing schedules when required
• Provide accurate & professional financial service to company
• Deal professionally with all queries in order to resolve it timeously
