A Well-established Packaging Firm requires the services of a Debtors Clerk in Northriding, Randburg.

INTERVIEW HELD AT COMPANY, NO PERSONNEL AGENCIES INVOLVED

Requirements:
• Must have the ability to evolve with policies & procedures;
• Must have excellent communication skills;
• Must be efficient & deadline driven and show own initiative;
• Must have high energy levels, be capable of multi-tasking and be a team player;
• Proficiency in Sage Pastel Evolution.

Required education: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Required experience: Debtors – at least 1 year

Responsibilities:
• Maintain Debtors’ files;
• Reconciliations of overdue payments;
• Follow-up on overdue payments;
• Liaising with clients;
• Ascertaining credit limits;
• Preparing varies reports on Sage Pastel Evolution;
• Capturing Invoices & Credit Notes timeously and accurately;
• Allocation of payments;
• General admin

Candidate must have own reliable transport and live within surrounding areas of Randburg.
