Our Client requires a Debtors Administrator with Matric and at least 5 years experience in a similar role processing full debtors function and dealing with retail debtors companies. Must be Computer Literate on Pastel, have good collections experience and be familiar dealing with retail accounts and their processes and systems

Duties Include:
Invoicing on Pastel
Debtors reconciliations
Allocating payments
Generating statements and sending to clients
Liaising with Clients re payment arrangements
Collections on outstanding invoices
Responsible for month end processes

Must be familiar working in a deadline driven environment
