Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 or equivalent with relevant tertiary qualification or related work experience
• At least of 2 years’ experience in debtors
• Computer literacy (MS Excel and MS Word)
• Experience in working in a medium sized computerised accounting system
• Experience in dealing with high volume, low value debtors.
• Exposure to Education Sector would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in at least 2 official languages English / Afrikaans / Xhosa
• South African Citizenship
Key Performance Areas
• Collection of debt
• Liaise with Campuses regarding debt collection
• Processing of debtor transactions.
• Assist with departmental deadlines.
• Process cancellation of subject or course
• Preparing and reconciling debit orders
• Allocation of NSFAS receipts
