Debtors & Creditors Clerk

The successful candidate has excellent written and oral communications skills, the ability to work accurately under pressure, as well as financial and administrative expertise. A relevant qualification, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position and computer literacy are prerequisites for the position. Experience with Pastel will be advantageous.

Duties include: • management of debtor and creditor accounts • account reconciliations • statements and remittances • processing of invoices • petty cash reconciliation and processing • client correspondence • office administration • all other duties normally associated with the position.
