Debtors Clerk (EKE188)
Pretoria East
R10 000 – R12 000 per month

Requirements:
Grade 12
Preferably experience in Syspro, but not critical if not.
Must be able to work on Excel (reports)
Must have account receivable/debt collection/debtors experience

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Allocation of payments from bank statement to customers account daily
Reconciling Accounts
Sending of statements to customers
Collections of outstanding monies- Telephone/Email
Processing of credit notes
Checking of POD’s daily
Filing of invoices
Dispute/Query resolution
Compiling and maintaining of a collections schedule
