A Wine farm in the Franschhoek area seeks to employ a Temporary Debtors Clerk (6 month contract) for a group of companies. We are looking for an honest, hardworking and reliable candidate to be appointed in the above mentioned position.

Requirements:

· Fluent in both English and Afrikaans

· Computer literate ( specifically MS Word & Excel, Navision will be an advantage)

· Must have own transport

· Good communication skills

· Must be willing to work in a team

· Good numeracy skills

· Tertiary qualification in Finance or extensive debtors experience ( 5 years ) will count in your favour

Duties include: (but is not limited to):

· Follow up on outstanding debtors accounts ( Debt collection)

· Processing invoices & inter- company invoices

· Filing

· Working with the stock department regarding certain invoicing

· Handling queries / enquiries with regards to debtors

Salary: R10 000

Start date: Immediately / March, April 2017
