Debtors Clerk - Contract – major chains (PnP)

A great opportunity for a qualified and experienced Debtors Clerk to join a well-established, vibrant and dynamic FMCG business based in Woodstock.

Main Responsibilities / Outcomes
• Manage debtors accounts for PnP
• Resolve and assist with customer queries
• Process payments received
• Reconcile accounts
• Achieve collection targets
• Preparation of credit notes and journals
• Posting debtors statements and notices
• Filing of all correspondence and general administration

Necessary requirements are:
• Major chains experience is essential preferably PnP
• Relevant experience in similar role
• Computer literacy (MS office and role specific programs)
• FMCG/Liquor experience is advantageous
• Critical and analytical mind
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Aptitude for figures
• Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
• Strong customer service skills
• Good telephonic and writing skills
• Be hardworking
• Be focused and organized
