Debtors Clerk – Controller Cape Town CBD

Our Client a well-established, professional IT Service Company in Cape Town CBD is looking for a Debtors Controller with strong Debtor experience as well as Cashbooks and Recons. Looking for a Strong resource to manage their invoicing to customers and collection thereof High Book Value per month

Salary UP R20 000 CTC which includes Medical Aid Contribution and RA – not compulsory…

Requirements
• Min Matric
• 3-5 Years Debtors Management Experience
• Accounting Debtors Software Omnix (any accounting software experience is good) Training will be provided
• Cashbook experience
• Excellent in Excel and Communication
• Fully Computer literate.
• Good Telephone etiquette
• Customer Service driven

Job Requirements
• Full Debtors, cashbook recon and Petty Cash
• Recons of the cashbook
• Petty cash
• Debtors Control – dealing with monthly recurring services
• Direct invoicing done for once off services, like hardware and other non-recurring services from quotes, imported into the system.
• Collections for debtors are done via debit order run for most of the debtors and top 20 customers to follow up with call to prompt payment.
• Receipting debtor payments.
• All debit order customers, the receipting is imported and receipted automatically.
• Non-debit order customers, direct posting of receipting.
