Our Client a Hotel Concern in Cape Town CBD is looking for a Financial Assistant / Debtors Clerk with 2 -3 Years’ experience from a Hotel / Restaurant Environment. Opera experience is required, PASTEL experience would be an advantage
Salary From R 13000 pm - R 16000 BASIC + medical aid & Pension

Min Requirements
• Matric
• Relevant Bookkeeping / Accounting Diploma Qualification – Added Advantage
• 2-3 Years’ experience as a Debtors Clerk / Financial Assistant
• Microsoft experience
• Opera – Hotel System experience
• PASTEL experience – ADDED ADVANTAGE

Job Requirements
• Full Debtors Clerk function
• Send Statements to clients
• Post Payments on Systems
• Follow up on unpaid accounts
• Capture revenue JNL’s
• Update Cashbook
• Reconcile Debtors – Assist with credit recons as well when needed
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Ensure a Clean AR (Debtors) Ledger
• Ad hoc Duties as per requirements – oversee cost controller and credit and cash recons to banking,
