Debtors Clerk –Killarney Gardens Cape Town

Our client in Killarney Gardens Cape Town is looking for a Debtors Clerk with 2-5 years + experience. Need to have PASTEL Experience and able to take the debtors functions to statements and follow up with customers regarding payments.

Salary Negotiable to experience – Office hours from Mon to Thursday 8 till 16:30 and Fridays 08am to 15:30pm

Requirements:

Matric
2-5 years + Years’ experience FULL Debtors function – PASTEL
Full Age analysis
Allocate payments and send out statements
Follow up with Clients with regards to payments and arrangements
Credit notes and Queries
