Debtors Clerk –Killarney Gardens Cape Town

Our client in Killarney Gardens Cape Town is looking for a Debtors Clerk with 2-3 years + experience. Need to have PASTEL Experience and able to take the debtors functions to statements and follow up with customers regarding payments. A person that deals with Retail Companies like Dischem, P&P ect would be an advantage.

Salary Negotiable to experience – Office hours from Mon to Thursday 8 till 16:30 and Fridays 08am to 15:30pm

Requirements:

Matric
A Financial Qualification would be an Advantage (Degree, Diploma or even Certificate)
2-3 years + Years’ experience FULL Debtors function – PASTEL
Debtors Experience – Full Function
Allocate payments and send out statements
Follow up with Clients with regards to payments and arrangements
Credit notes and Queries
