R7k – R10k per month

The successful candidate must ideally have strong, proven experience and knowledge in the Debtors environment and have a high sense of urgency. Must be able to work independently, disciplined; and can engage with customers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Grade 12 or equivalent
2. 2+ years proven experience in a similar role
3. Have a clear understanding of FNB Business allocations
4. Must have a high standard of numeracy
5. Good command of the English language both spoken and written
6. Be able to communicate with all levels of management
7. Understanding of customer relationship management – CRM
8. Be aware of method of filing, telephone skills and general office duties.
9. Must have computer skills, i.e. Syspro (Advantage), Microsoft Excel and Word
10. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information

KEY PEFORMANCE PURPOSE AND AREAS
• Customer Returns Process
• Bank Transfers
• Point of Sale – Cash reconciliations
• Request POD’S and Invoices

KEY DUTIES:
1. Requesting and verifying Pod’s from various courier providers
2. Processing of credit notes, through RMA system.
3. Reconciliation of bank statements
4. Attend to customer queries/telephone calls.
5. Sorting hand delivered invoices and credit note by customer.
6. Assisting controllers with Chain store and independent queries.
7. Reconciliation of Cash Sales
8. Banking of daily cash
