Debtors Clerk

Must be resident in Randfontein / Krugersdorp area with own transport

Minimum 5-10 years specialised debtors collection and administration experience in the private sector

Strong recon skills

Strong collection and communication skills - essential to have fluent, spoken, written & read business English and Afrikaans

Experience with industrial clients (working with POD’s, GRV’s)

Experience in a stock environment

Excel skills - minimum intermediate skills

Strong time management & prioritising skills

Strong personality

Problem solving skills

Good understanding of credit note preparations and the implications there of

Knowledge of the Vat Act with regards to Tax inv requirements.
