Job Description:
Your duties will include:
Invoicing clients
Following up, collecting and allocating payments
Preparing bank deposits
Researching and solving payment discrepancies
Liaising with external debt collectors if needed
Generating age analysis
Monitoring customer account details
Communicating with customers
Maintaining customer files
Liaising with Sales Team
Assisting with month-end closing
