JOB TITLE: Debtors Clerk
REPORTS TO: Debtors Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Checking of loads on Manpack and ensuring that information on POD’s is complete.
Checking POD’s with reference to tariffs, correct customers, quantities and documentation.
Liaison with Operations Department.
Processing Invoices on Manpack.
Liaison with customers (sorting out of queries).
Handle big daily workloads.
Print and send out statements.
Check and invoice overweight loads and fines.
Subcontractors – print load confirmations from Manpack, recon of invoices, follow up on outstanding invoices, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Computer Literate (Minimum Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of Manpack would be advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to function well under pressure
Ability and willingness to work overtime when required to.
Drivers license (code 08) is advantageous
