Debtors Clerk
We are seeking a debtor’s clerk for a growing retail and distribution company.
This person must be analytical, be able to take direction well as well as manage time effectively.
This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the wholesale and retail field.
Key performance Areas:
• Full Debtors Function:
? Processing invoices/receipts and credit notes on Pastel
? Printing monthly reports
? Matching open item accounts
? Credit checking new applications
? Loading new accounts on Pastel
? Calculating sales commission
• Credit Control
Minimum Requirements & Skills:
• Strong account reconciliation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Recent Pastel experience (not older than 2 years)
• Web based accounting package would be advantageous
