Our client in Bellville is looking for a Debtors Clerk to start immediately. The following will count in your favour: Experience in NAV, DIPAR or any similar logistics / financial software Previous experience in the fruit export industry

Requirements:

Matric with relevant tertiary education (diploma with 2 – 3 years’ suitable experience) 

Computer literate in Excel (intermediate) and basic accounting package (NAV)

Able to work independently and under pressure

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy 

Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Responsible for export related debtors’ accounts: o

Invoicing

credit notes

queries

maintaining of aged analysis

account reconciliations

Liaison with internal logistics department & external suppliers

Salary: R180 000 TCTC
