Debtors Clerk | Brackenfell

Responsible for maintaining the debtor’s book by collection of outstanding debt and therefore minimizing bad debt.

? Contacting debtors for debt collection
? Managing on hold accounts
? Reconciling debtors account
? Assistance to National Credit Controller in terms of adhoc projects to manage risk and outstanding debt.
? Report any suspicious activities or irregularities outside our company policies to National Credit Controller.

Qualifications and Experience

? Diploma/Certificate in relevant industry would be advantageous.
? 2-5 years debtors experience – experience with Shoprite, OK, Spar, PnP accounts would be advantageous
? English language skills – written, spoken and read
? Customer relationship skills
? Excel skills with excellent proficiency
? Ability to operate a computer with proper email etiquette.
