Debtors Clerk – Killarney Gardens, Cape Town

Our client in Killarney Gardens Cape Town is looking for a young dynamic Debtors Clerk with 2-3 years’ experience. Need to have PASTEL Experience and able to take the debtors functions to statements and follow up with customers regarding payments. A person that deals with Retail Companies like Dischem, P&P ect would be an advantage.

Salary: R12 000.00 – R15 000.00 depends on experience
Office hours: Monday to Thursday 8am till 16:30 and Fridays 08am to 15:30pm

Requirements:
• Matric
• A Financial Qualification would be an Advantage (Degree, Diploma or even Certificate)
• 2-3 years + Years’ experience FULL Debtors function – PASTEL
• Debtors Experience – Full Function
• Allocate payments and send out statements
• Follow up with Clients with regards to payments and arrangements
• Credit notes and Queries
