Established Manufacturing company seeks a Debtors Clerk to ensure timeous receipt of all monies due to the Company and to ensure properly reconciled statements of account to our debtors, process invoices, deal with customer queries, determine outstanding debtors, do credit checks of potential customers, reconcile customer statements, issue monthly statements, processing of payments from daily receipts, relieve at switchboard, general administrative functions, such as filing, copying, etc, processing of credit notes, claims and invoices, take telephonic orders, reconcile of COD; 14 & 30 day accounts, processing and reconciling of discounts, rebates, advertising allowed and remittances received from debtors and administrative functions of allocated depot. Min Grade 12 Accounting and a Degree or Ndip, 2yrs Debtors exp, Salary: R12 000 per month. To start ASAP
