Responsibilities: Customer Invoicing monthly Fees monthly Returned debit order Monthly Top ups Daily Voip Daily Routers Weekly New installs Weekly Over usage Monthly Cashbook Bank statement Credit card Metcash Processing New Installs Cancellation Downgrades Upgrades Suspensions Setting up debit orders Running debit orders Updating customer details on Pastel & Portal Debt collecting, Collecting money from clients Disabling customer accounts Handing clients over for collection Resolving all customer accounts queries Getting authorization for credits if necessary Requirements: Pastel, Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF. Must be self-motivated. Must be able to work in a team and independently. Analytical and Attention to detail.
