Debtors Clerk

Our client in the FMCG sector is now recruiting for the position of Debtors Clerk.
The purpose of this position will be to reconcile debtor accounts against supporting documents, allocate payments received to the correct accounts, release orders, upload statements, administer claims and many other functions. Advanced Excel skills required for this role.
Reconciling accounts against supporting documents
Allocating payments to the correct accounts
Releasing orders based on credit availability and checking pricing on orders
Uploading statements on retailer portals
Checking for claims on retailer portals
Passing debts, credits and non-stock invoices
Checking claim backs, rebates and other trading terms' claims
Handling invoicing for sundry income and recoveries
Attending to and resolving debtors queries
Telephonically collecting on outstanding fees
Sending statements, invoices and PODs
Filing all credits passed
Matric essential, relevant tertiary qualification beneficial
At least 2 to 5 experience in debtors in the FMCG Environment
