Debtors Clerk required in Commercial Property Leasing Company

Area: Sinoville

Salary: R8,000.00 – R10,000.00

Requirements:
• Must have +3 consecutive years’ experience in Pastel Partner;
• Vast experience in reconciliation of accounts;
• Vast experience in excel (beneficial - formulaes);
• Will be required to deal with tenant queries regarding accounts and collections;
• Will be required attend to invoicing +1500 tenants;
• Will be required to work alongside and report to Senior Property Accounts Manager;
• Must have excellent telephone and e-mail etiquette;
• Must be able be able to cope with high pressure environment;
• Must be goal orientated and driven, self-disciplined, respectful, and resilient;
• Must be willing to work long hours to get the work done.
