DEBTORS CLERK
SALARY:
R 10 000 – R 15 000 CTC
DUTIES:
Reconciling Customer (Debtor) Accounts:
Issuing credit notes in Pastel, allocation of said credits to relevant invoices on Pastel, and matching to corresponding paperwork;
Corresponding with clients regarding outstanding credits and resolving queries;
Issuing statements to clients at month end, or on request, via Pastel;
Filing of all relevant paperwork.
Processing credit applications for new clients, as well as updating existing client information;
Managing credit limits and increasing / decreasing where required, as well as capturing said limits on Pastel;
Managing of credit insurance policy.

REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience
Advanced knowledge of Pastel V14
A firm and positive attitude
Own transport with valid SA Driver’s License
