Credit Control | Debtors

Manage the debtors book, ensure effective collection and monitor debtors adherence to terms of trade.

Responsibilities:

Ensure verification of invoices
Debtors book, maintenance of age analysis
Process debtors applications and COD information
Reconciliation of major accounts
Collection of all customer accounts
Processing of customer journals and issuing customer statements
Provide reports for cash forecast
Credit vetting and opening new customer accounts
Customer visits every two months to maintain relationships
Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Credit Management
10 Years of experience in credit control, debtors management environment/s
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Outlook)
Pastel
Clear credit and criminal verification
