We are urgently recruiting for a Debtors Controller.


Requirements:


Grade 12

2-5 years experience in debtors

Excellent Knowledge of Excel

General Accounting Principles and administration

Costing experience

Highly computer literate - knowledge of Pastel


Duties:


Weekly Debtors Reports

Customer Liaison

General Administration

Accurate allocation of payments received

Actively collect payments according to payment terms

Review Debtors Age Analysis

Send invoices, statements and payment reminders Escalating and resolve queries

Monthly cash flow management in line with Debtors book

Conduct monthly debtors review

Review unallocated cash weekly

Debtor’s reconciliations

Bank reconciliation

Month end processes

Must be able to start immediately
