JOB OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this well-established, stable transport company with a good reputation in South Africa and across-border.
The post-holder will have full responsibility of the debtors’ function from the generation of invoices up to payment received. A junior role of which 80% will be focused on invoicing and following up payment, you will be interested in job stability and building a career with one of SA's Best Employers.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Accurate generation of invoices and invoice schedules as requested by clients • Timeous distribution of invoices, POD’s and month-end statements to clients via email and courier services • Debtors ageing management – on time follow up of all payments due • Assisting clients and co-workers with queries in a professional manner • Filing and general administrative work

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Matric • Previous debtor’s experience will be advantageous

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Good telephone manner, writing skills, well versed in e-mail etiquette, service driven and a definite team player • Natural ability to organise, neat and punctual • A meticulous approach to administrative tasks • Ability to work independently and under pressure, with high level of attention to detail and accuracy • Good time management skills in order to adhere to strict deadlines
