Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in freight and logistics

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently



Job Description:

Following up on all creditors’ statements/invoices.

Processing all suppliers’ invoices against purchase orders.

Reconciling all creditors accounts.

Dealing with supplier queries.

Processing debtors’ invoices against the sales order.

Ensuring the control sheets (job costings) are accurate before invoicing out to client.

Chasing up on debtors’ payments.

Sending statements.
