Job Title: Debtor’s & Creditor’s Clerk

Location Kylami ( Must stay in the vicinity of the Kylami area)
Salary bracket R 8 500.00 ( Please note that this is a half day position)
Age Group Late 25 – 35 bracket
Preferred Language Must speak, read and write: English and Afrikaans

OVERALL VIEW

Our client is in the Medical industry and will require a women of whom will be 100% comfortable with pastel and willing to learn. The candidate will need an average knowledge of excel. As well as master all Main Account abilities set below.


MAIN ACCOUNT ABILITIES
Accountability:

Administrator (Debtor’s & Creditor’s)
? Debtors (capturing of invoices/credit notes)
? Creditors (supplier invoices/debit notes/purchases and ensure age analysis reconciles to statement) - excludes making payments
? Building relationships and maintaining relationships with clients
? Capturing of bank statement and petty cash details onto pastel and reconciling.
? Backing up of systems (pastel) very basic, it’s a click of an icon.
? Ensuring leave forms are filled in. (excludes capturing into payroll)
? Capturing of stock sheets in pastel and any required adjustments
? General Administration skills (All-rounder)

TERTIARY QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Qualifications required (Essential):
? Matric,
Essential Work Experience
? Minimum two(2) years in Debtors/Creditors and Administration experience

Computer Skills Required
? Pastel and Excel
