We require the services of an experienced (Pastel & Excel) Accounts (Debtors Creditors) Clerk a.s.a.p.

HOURS: You must be willing to work shifts 8am - 5pm and 9am - 6pm on a rotational basis.

Debtors processing
Debtors reconsiliation
Debtors invoicing
Liaising with debtors
Full maintenance of filing system
Creditors processing
Creditors reconsiliation
Liasing with creditors
Processing of bank statements
Internet payments
Banking
Drawing up of the cash schedule and updates
Petty cash
Renewal of vehicle licenses
Ordering of materials and payments thereof
