Manage KPI’s of employees – ensure defined outcomes achieved
Manage department of 22 employees
Coaching, training and motivating team
Maintain relationships for collaboration and effectivity
Reporting, quality control of teams’ and departments performance
Planning and assigning tasks – Manage strategy, target projection and results
