Debtors Supervisor / Assistant Manager – Logistics - Stellenbosch

Well established Logistics Company is looking for a Debtors Supervisor with at least 5 years’ experience.

Requirements:
• Matric, Diploma or Degree will be an advantage
• At least 5 years relevant Debtors experience – preferably in a similar logistics environment and some years at management level
• Computer literacy – experienced in working on a transport operational system/ accounting system/ relevant customer ERP system, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook

Duties include the following, but not limited to:
• Complete management of the debtors department
• Ensure that all debtor’s invoicing, reconciliations, allocation of payments and other financial entries are accurate and up to date on all the systems
• Accurate reporting of debtor figures to financial management team
• Liaise with and assist clients with queries in a professional manner
• Resolving queries from clients timeously
• Collecting of monies as per Debtors Aged Trial Balance and ensuring that 90 and 120 day debtors are within company targets
• Working as part of team to ensure the team meets strict deadlines
