Job Description:
Understand the scope of work, plan the deliverables and give accurate timelines based on product knowledge, complexity and technology
Develop and support new and existing products using Delphi and SQL Server
Write code which is readable, efficient, complies with original requirements and follows best practices and are well documented
Effectively manage time and projects
Interpret and understand legacy code

Required Skills:

• Multithreaded, Multitiered (3+ tiers) applications
• Delphi & Object Orientated Programming and Design
• SQL and relational data bases, especially SQL Server
• Experience in SCRUM development framework will be beneficial
• Must be well versed with Firebird Databases and experience with Point of sales software hugely beneficial.
