Location: Kloof Street, Gardens, Cape Town
Salary: R5k – R6k per month

Requirements:
1+ years’ experience as a Demi Chef de Partie with Grill experience

Duties:
Preparing, cooking and preparing grill dishes
Assisting the Chef de Partie
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
