• Make sure all tickets are logged on the deployment sheet (Excel).
• Provide technical support to Call Centre.
• Using Postilion to investigate technical problems.
• Production software testing.
• SLA reporting

Must have for position:
• Matric
• 2nd line tech support experience
• Excel
• Postilion Level 1 training
• Reporting
• POS equipment experience
