Busy Award Winning 4* Resort Hotel - Central Drakensberg.

Hospitality Management Qualification with further 6 years

Hotel management experience in 4* Hotels required.

Reporting to Resident Director.

The applicant should have in depth knowledge and

proven management experience in the following :

a) Rooms Division Management (Hotel/Timeshare)

b) Food and Beverage (Kitchen/Restaurant and Bars/Banqueting and Functions)

c) Estates (Gardens/Maintenance)

d) Golf Course (Working knowledge)

e) Legislative Compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA f) Labour Relations and HR

g) Marketing /Sales (Working knowledge) h) Guest Relations

i) Computer literate and competent administration skills

Salary R 35 000 - R 40 000 neg including House.
