We are now seeking a qualified Theatre Scrub Sister with extensive Management experience to take on an exciting role of Deputy Nursing Manager for a large hospital in Johannesburg.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for continuous performance management, human resources, strategizing, budgeting, training and client relationship management within the hospital.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in General Nursing & Midwifery
• A postgraduate qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing Science, and preferably a postgraduate qualification in Management
• A minimum of 5 - 15 years Theatre Unit Management experience
• Private Hospital experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
