Job brief

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that can create a respectable rapport with clients. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. The candidate may also be willing to generate his/her own kitchen designs on the design programmes made available.

Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up
Understand customer needs and requirements
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Face to face sales
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Participate in and assist with customer service, sales reporting and trade shows

Requirements

2+ years of inside sales experience
Satisfactory track record
Strong phone presence and experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
