Your key job responsibilities as the Designer in London, UK will include:

- Create usable, innovative digital designs and modifications as required
- Create marketing material for our Marketing and Promotions departments which will include banners, landing pages, flyers, press ads, video and LED work
- Work closely with key stakeholders through constant communication
- Follow principles of good design and ensure it is of the highest quality, focusing on attention to detail
- Maintain graphic and technical knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing professional publications where possible taking a proactive approach to develop your knowledge and gain experience
- Have the ability to work within strict brand guidelines, as well as the ability to interpret said guidelines

Requirements for this Designer job in London, UK:

- Agency Experience
- Excellent Typography/Layout skills
- HTML5 Banner ad experience through the full Adobe Creative cloud suite
- Client Facing experience
- The ability to work with (through collaboration and effective communication) remote teams
- The ability to provide time estimations on jobs that come into the studio.
- Good understanding of composition and lighting with regards to photography, as well as having the ability to retouch photos
- Champion the voice of the customer through your work and understand the audiences you work with
- Knowledgeable and comfortable working with brand guidelines and implementing them across channels
- Good knowledge of design processes and tools, for example, understanding and interpreting briefs, Workflow tools like Workfront and Wrike. Using Digital Asset Management tools. Processes include, but are not limited to conceptualising, brainstorming, presenting your ideas etc.
- A solid design and digital understanding with the ability to deliver succinct and effective technical designs
- Possess strong design and conceptual skills, as well as creatively being able to collaborate with others including brainstorming sessions
- A good working knowledge of responsive design and mobile first practices
- Highly skilled and experienced in using the Full Adobe Creative Cloud suite and other creative software
