configure, upgrade, manage and maintain network infrastructure,
operating systems and Active Directory Domain Services in accordance with the
departmental ICT policies and guidelines. Manage and administer Local Area
Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN). Maintain and administer Active
Directory (DHCP, DNS, users and computers and file servers). Manage
connectivity and functional problems on the network and servers. Assist in
planning for hardware capacity and physical configuration needs for expansion
and growth. Resolve issues relating to 2nd line support functions with Active
Directory and operating systems. Provide technical advice and support to ICT to
Users
