Minimum Requirements:
- A+ and N+ or MCP or higher
- ITIL Certification
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Linux
- MS SharePoint
- South African Citizen
- Based in Cape Town
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical computer assistance to end users
- Assist with rollout and installation of computer equipment
- Configure and test computer equipment
- Install software related products
- Identify and resolve automated software deployment errors
- Troubleshoot faulty equipment and software
- Desktop support
- Hardware support
- Printer support
- SAP GUI support
- Resolution of calls received through IT Service Desk within defined SLA
- GIS software application knowledge
- Certain Shift work may be required
- Knowledge and skills transfer
- Support 3G devices and wireless networks
- Applying ITIL methodology
