Minimum Requirements:
  • A+ and N+ or MCP or higher 
  • ITIL Certification
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Linux
  • MS SharePoint
  • South African Citizen
  • Based in Cape Town
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical computer assistance to end users
  • Assist with rollout  and installation of computer equipment
  • Configure and test computer equipment
  • Install software related products
  • Identify and resolve automated software deployment errors
  • Troubleshoot faulty equipment and software
  • Desktop support
  • Hardware support
  • Printer support
  • SAP GUI support
  • Resolution of calls received through IT Service Desk within defined SLA
  • GIS software application knowledge
  • Certain Shift work may be required
  • Knowledge and skills transfer
  • Support 3G devices and wireless networks
  • Applying ITIL methodology
